The local branch of ABC Friends (Northern Tablelands) will be hosting a talk by Dr Robyn Williams at the Armidale Bowling Club Auditorium (Dumaresq St., Armidale), on Wednesday, October 12.  Attendance is free; 6:15pm for a 6:30 start.  Meals and drinks available at the Club bar from 5.30pm.

Robyn Williams has been hosting the ABC Science Show since 1975.  The very first show carried an interview with Lord Peter Ritchie-Calder, with a warning about the effects of fossil fuel burning.  Robyn returns to this theme with a talk titled Why weren’t they listening, when you were?

Robyn will take questions from the audience at the end of his talk.
