Heywire - Are you between 16 - 22 years of age and have a story to tell?

Heywire is an ABC storytelling competition and supports community projects in regional areas.  Each year people between the ages of 16 & 22 years who live in a regional area of Australia have the chance to tell their story in 400 words - in text, video or audio modes.

Winners from each region are then assisted by the ABC to produce their stories for ABC Radio, and get an all-expenses-paid trip to Canberra for the Heywire Summit.  For more details, go to - https://www.abc.net.au/heywire/.  Submissions close on Thursday, September 16, 2021.  Tell your story about living in the Northern Tablelands, and suggest a project that would contribute to the community in which you live.
